I wasn’t in class the day we did the drawing of a classmate so I decided to draw my son; he was in the bathtub. I find it is always so bright in the bathroom sometime I feel there is a whole different light and sound that comes from the bathroom. I tried to capture his innocence but while also capturing his happiness. It was very difficult to draw him because firstly he was so busy having fun in the bubble bath he would not be still. Another difficulty I had was I am not a drawer and sometimes I try to make things so perfect, so half of the time I spend erasing and trying to make everything precise. The lightest lines were the lines that the light hit the most and the darker lines were the lines that had more shade. It seemed these lines had more depth so I then tried to shade them a little heavier or darker.
